Il y a quelques semaines, j’ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une formation chez pyramide<\/a><\/span>, financ\u00e9e par mon employeur.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Zuili, consultante et sympathique ergonome, nous a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sa vision de l’ergonomie dans nos vies num\u00e9riques. Quelques jours plus tard, je retrouve, un agr\u00e9able\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0ergonHomme\u00a0\u00bb, que je n’avais pas vu depuis 7 ans : Rafael Mojica. (R.M.)<\/a>

Il travaille dans une entreprise que vient d’\u00eatre rachet\u00e9e par Amazon pour seulement 1,2 milliard de dollars. Il a accept\u00e9 de faire cet entretien pour la bonne cause :)<\/span><\/p>\n

Dans mon service, nous sommes charg\u00e9s de cr\u00e9er la meilleure exp\u00e9rience possible pour les visiteurs de notre site Web. Nous le faisons en comprenant les besoins d\u2019usage de notre site, et ceci gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la recherche, la cr\u00e9ation de structures d’information logiques, le renforcement des interactions fonctionnels et des produits, par l\u2019\u00e9valuation de\u00a0 l’efficacit\u00e9 de tous ces points au travers d\u2019 analyses et de tests.<\/span><\/p>\n

3) Can you explain what does your position entitles?
\nIn my department we are in charge of creating the best experience possible for the people that visit our website. We do this by understanding the needs of our site uses through research, creating logical information structures, building usable interactions and products and evaluating the effectiveness of all these through analytics and testing.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ils doivent toujours \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9s. L’application effective de l’ergonomie dans la conception du produit vous permet de cr\u00e9er des produits qui s’adaptent \u00e0 ses utilisateurs au lieu que les utilisateurs aient \u00e0 s’y adapter.<\/span><\/p>\n

5) What do you think is the relationship between ergonomics and product design?
\nThey should always be integrated. The effective application of ergonomics in product design allows you to create products that adapt to its users instead of the user having to adapt to them.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Que pensez-vous de l’\u00e9tat actuel d\u2019Internet?<\/span><\/p>\n

L\u2019\u00e9tat actuel du Web d’aujourd’hui est tr\u00e8s passionnant. C’est comme si le web \u00e9tait un enfant qui d\u00e9couvre son potentiel\u00a0 et qui est en train de comprendre ses pouvoirs. Je ne pense pas que nous ayons encore vu ce que le web peut faire pour le monde. On d\u00e9couvre juste les implications sociales et \u00e9conomiques que le Web aura dans la vie.<\/span>

\n6) What do you think about\u00a0 the current state of the World Wide Web?<\/span><\/p>\n


\nThe current state of the Web today is an exciting one. It feels like the web is a child that is just discovering his potential and is understanding its powers. I don’t think we have yet seen what the web can do for the world. We are just discovering the social and economic implications that the web will have in the world.<\/span><\/p>\n

Je pense qu’\u00e0 l’avenir, les sites Web qui auront du succ\u00e8s, seront<\/span> des \u00e9l\u00e9ments bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9s d’une organisation. Si cette organisation a un but lucratif ou non lucratif, son site web devra \u00eatre \u00e0 la fois la fen\u00eatre vers le monde et la porte d’entr\u00e9e du monde qui fournira des informations, des produits et des services et qui influencera l’innovation interne de l’organisation \u00e0 travers une communication et une collaboration r\u00e9ussies avec ses utilisateurs.<\/span><\/p>\n

7) What are your thoughts on the future of websites?<\/span><\/p>\n


\nI think that in the future, successful websites are going to be a well integrated piece of an organization. Whether this organization is a profit or a non-profit one, its website should be both the window to and from the world that will provide information, products and services as well as influence internal innovation through the successful communication and collaboration with its users.<\/span><\/p>\n
